Ms. Noble was director of a 2002 national study of off-site work, and author of a seminal article on building flexible work cultures that appeared in the May, 2007, edition of WorkSpan Magazine. A member of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation’s Who’s Who in Work and Family roster of national work-life experts, Ms. Noble is also on the Department of Labor, Women’s Bureau, list of women entrepreneurs.
A speaker at conferences, on radio, and on television, Ms. Noble has been quoted in numerous publications, including the Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, the Los Angeles Times, and the Wall Street Journal.
Previously, Ms. Noble held positions as Senior Consultant and Flexibility Practice Leader at WFD Consulting and as Senior Internal Diversity Consultant at the legacy Bank Boston (now Bank of America).
Ms. Noble holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, and a graduate degree from Smith College. Additionally, Karen holds post-graduate credentials and a professional license as a coach/counselor.
